3. The exchange of existing styling products is not a requirement, but is encouraged.
4. All customers, including those not exchanging pre-used or pre-owned goods will be eligible to receive the £20 discount associated with this promotion.
5. Cloud Nine promotional discounts can only be applied to purchases made on cloudninehair.com.
6. Discounts cannot be applied to Cloud Nine products purchased via other websites.
7. All purchases are subject to stock availability at the time of transaction.
8. The discount will be applied to the price presented prior to the payment stage.
9. Promotional discount is non-transferable, not valid on past purchases and not exchangeable for cash.
